Igaming User Flow

To improve the UI/UX of EmuCasino and Mongoose Casino on mobile and desktop, we focused on enhancing key user interactions like sign-up, login, game selection, and gameplay. Our process began with in-depth research to understand user pain points through surveys, interviews, and data analysis. These insights highlighted issues such as a complex sign-up process and difficulty navigating the game library. Competitive analysis further guided us, showing standard industry practices and helping us identify opportunities for a unique, user-friendly experience. Analytics also revealed high-drop-off areas, pinpointing where improvements were most needed.

In the planning phase, we prioritized areas with the highest impact—sign-up, login, game selection, and gameplay—then created wireframes to streamline navigation and reduce the number of steps. Our new user journey focused on a seamless flow, minimizing cognitive load and ensuring easy navigation for both first-time and returning users.

A key improvement was simplifying the sign-up and login experience. The redesigned sign-up process is now intuitive and step-by-step, requiring minimal initial information.
